1. LEGAL NOTICE
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. These Terms & Conditions govern your access and use of this Site. By accessing or utilising this Site you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and to any additional guidelines, restrictions, or rules that may be posted in connection with specific sections or services of this Site. All such further posted guidelines, restrictions, or rules are hereby incorporated by reference into these Terms & Conditions.
Custom Box Point reserves the right to make changes to this Site and to these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. You should review these Terms of Use each time you access this Site.
2. COPYRIGHTS AND TRADEMARKS / CUSTOMER CONTENT
You are solely responsible for your use of Content in combination with any other pictures, graphics, text or other materials you incorporate into your Products. You agree that you will not include any text, image, trademark, design, service mark, or any copyrighted work of any third party in your Products unless you have obtained the appropriate permissions from the owners. You warrant that your Products do not infringe upon any rights of any third party, including copyright, trademark, the right of publicity or privacy, and will not libel or defame any third party. By placing an order on this Site, you warrant that you have all important permission, right and authority to place the order and you authorize Custom Box Point to produce the Products on your behalf.
You are responsible for preserving your password and managing access to your registered account. You will be responsible for all orders placed under your account. When you place an order, you grant Custom Box Point the worldwide, royalty-free and non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and create derivative works from the Content for the purposes of processing print orders.
3. CUSTOMER SUBMITTED ARTWORK & DESIGN FILES
a) All artwork must be provided in CMYK format with a minimum resolution of 300 DPI.
b) Custom Box Point is not responsible for any colour changes that occur in conversions from RGB to CMYK.
c) Custom Box Point is not responsible for images printed as fuzzy, distorted or pixellated due to low-resolution artwork provided by the customer.
d) We provide design files at 300 DPI for proofing. For high-resolution source files
4. PROOFING & MATCHING – CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
All print jobs require client approval of the final artwork and job specification sheet. Once an order has been placed, final artwork proofs will be sent to you via email.
CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR PROOF AND LAYOUT APPROVAL PRIOR TO PRINTING.
Once you approve the proof, the file will be printed as is. Custom Box Point is NOT LIABLE for errors caused by:
- Graphics Orientation or Placement and Incorrect Font Usage
- Spelling, Grammatical and Punctuation Errors
- Wrong Die cuts, slits or Incorrect and Missing Folds
- Finished Product Size
Screen proofs predict layout and text accuracy, not colour density. Lamination may affect colour appearance. Colour accuracy is guaranteed to be within 90% of the final approved proof. Hardcopy proof can be ordered for an extra charge for exact colour matching.
5. MATERIALS
Please note that the paper/card stock used for our standard products is not food grade. If you have any specific food grade requirement, you must communicate it in writing before placing the order.
6. PRICING, PAYMENT AND PRODUCTION
a) All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
b) Final price is based on size, material, printing, and quantity and will be quoted before confirmation.
c) Production starts only after final proof approval and payment.
d) Standard production is 10-12 working days after approval.
7. ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
We can cancel your order prior to printing/shipping. Once shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Cancellation charges apply as per production stage:
Stage 1: Order Placed Online – Charge: £15 + 5% of total amount for payment processing and design fees.
Stage 2: Order Sent to Press / Design Department – Charge: 20% of total order amount.
Stage 3: Order in Production – Charge: 50% of total order amount. Cancellation not guaranteed.
Stage 4: Order Shipped – Cannot be cancelled.
Design Orders: Once placed, No Refunds are issued for any design services orders.
8. RETURNS, REFUNDS & RE-PRINTS
As all products are custom-made, All Sales Are Final. If we verify that we made an error, we will re-print the order. No Refunds or Credits.
You must notify us within 3 business days of delivery for any faults, damage, or missing items. To receive replacement, you must return (at your own cost) at least 99% of the received product within 10 days of delivery. No returns without prior written authorization.
All charges related to expedite printing (rush printing or shipping) are NOT REFUNDABLE.

9. SHIPPING, DELIVERY & DAMAGED PACKAGES
a) STANDARD: Usually ships within 7 to 9 business days after final proof approval. Shipping time NOT GUARANTEED.
b) EXPRESS: Guaranteed to ship within 6 business days after approval.
c) PRIORITY: Guaranteed to ship within 9 business days after approval.
Final proof approval must be received by 11:00 AM GMT, otherwise one business day will be added.
We are not liable for delays caused by technical issues, weather, courier delays, or customs.
Customers must inspect packages upon delivery. Any damage or missing items must be reported within 3 business days.
Printing trade allows for underages/overages of up to 5%. If exact quantity is needed, please order 10% extra.
Extra shipping charges will apply if the address provided by the customer is incorrect.
10. INDEMNITY, DISCLAIMER & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
You agree to indemnify and defend Custom Box Point against all claims arising from your breach of these Terms or from any content you incorporated into Products.
The site and its content are provided ‘as is’ without warranty of any kind. In no event shall Custom Box Point be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the site.
11. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
